Applications to Fluid Mechanics and Geophysics
Incompressible and compressible flows, Newtonian and Non-Newtonian fluids, mixing and mixtures, congestion and maximal packing, granular media, wave propagations, free boundary….
Applications to biomathematics from 2006 to 2010.
Hommage à Antonin:
Une pensée à A. Novotny qui nous a malheureusement quitté en ce début de Juin 2021. Il était un spécialiste mondialement reconnu sur les EDPs en lien avec les écoulements de fluides compressibles. Faire progresser la science est une oeuvre collective où l’héritage, la création et la transmission sont au centre de tout: Comme Geneviève (Raugel) et Andro (Mikelic), qui nous ont également quitté il y a peu de temps, Antonin en avait fait son art de vivre. Je pense bien à eux.
